I Will Be a Guest on UCHealth’s CBS 4 Football Blitz This Week

Put this in the category of "things I never dreamed would happen". My life has changed drastically since I took that sleep study earlier this year and got the rest I needed to take charge of my life. Those changes have opened the door to some very cool things for me. One of them will happen on Thursday.

I have been invited by UCHealth to appear on a segment of their Football Blitz show on CBS 4 in Denver. The show tapes at the ViewHouse in Centennial on Thursday at 530 and airs on Saturday night at 1035 hosted by sports anchor Michael Spencer and will feature Brandon Marshall of the Broncos.

I have a one minute segment with UCHealth where I will talk about men's health and the importance of men taking care of themselves. This is not something any human would have thought I would be doing if you looked at me less than a year ago. This is huge for me. I have reached the point where I can spread the word of my success in changing my life. This will be cool. Be sure to tune in Saturday night or come on down and watch the taping on Thursday. I will film my segment right before they go live. Life is good.
