I Found an Old K99 Cookbook With Chris LeDoux’s Gumbo Recipe

I was going through some boxes of old things over the weekend when I found an old "K99 Country Recipes" cookbook. It was back in the 90's at some point that we put out a cookbook featuring recipes from the K99 staff, listeners and some country stars. I had forgotten all about this book. There was some great stuff in there. Do you still have one? There has got to be a few of these still floating around somewhere.

There were some great stars who sent us recipes like Hank Williams Jr., John Michael Montgomery, Diamond Rio and much more including Mr. Chris LeDoux. There was actually a recipe from Chris for his favorite gumbo. I thought you might want to take a peek so you could maybe eat like Chris. Sometimes it is fun to go down memory lane and sometimes it is just darn tasty. Enjoy!
