Along with the water, small amounts of salts are also lost.When we lose too much water, our bodies may become out of balance or dehydrated. Severe dehydration can lead to death.
I Have Even Had People Tell Me That They Were Starving Around 2 Or 3 In The Afternoon Only To Find Themselves Completely Satiated After Merely Drinking A Glass Of Water. Now Between You And Me, If A Glass Of Water At 2 In The Afternoon Can Do That, I’m All In.
