We have all heard of turkey nightmares. Many a Thanksgiving dinner has been sabotaged by a burnt, undercooked, still alive, or dryer than a pile of sand turkey. I can remember one year my mother in law, God bless her soul, cooked a turkey that even rejected gravy. It just beaded up on the meat like water on freshly waxed car.
