For about 25 years I have average from 4 to 6 hours of sleep a night. It's not enough.  My doctor told me I needed to change my ways or it would affect my health, if it hasn't already.  He says I need at least 6 hours in a row, but preferably more. So, now I am trying to do that.  How much sleep do you get on an average night. Please answer our Web Question of the Day!
