How Are You Staying Warm?

I have been layering for when I go outside and when I go to bed, that is a first. I am constantly freezing, how do you stay warm?

There are so many choices and nothing is working for me. Do you use a space heater? How about a plug-in blanket, what are they called? A million blankets? Your pets? Your Spouse? and how do you stay warm for the couple of minutes you're outside, or do you just suck it up? What's the best coat, jacket etc....
