It's back to school and back to a daily routine. This is the time of year when our lives get a little more structured and we may have more opportunities to gather at the table for a family meal. Finding something easy to make that the whole family will eat is a challenge. I am here to help.

Growing up in Minnesota and North Dakota means I spent a lot of time in the basements of Lutheran churches eating hot dish. If you are from my area you know a can of cream of chicken soup is part of your survival pack. I have loved many hot dishes through the years but this is our families all time favorite and it is so easy to make. Here is all you need.

1 lb hamburger
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream style corn
1/2 package elbow macaroni

Brown hamburger and drain. Add cooked macaroni, soup and corn and stir it all together. Dump it into a 9×13 or your favorite hot dish pan and bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes. Enjoy!
