Help Me Wish the Love of My Life, Best Friend and Bride Kyla a Happy Birthday – Brian’s Blog

I often brag about being the luckiest man on the planet and I truly feel that I am. I get to do what I love to do, where I love to do it, with who I love to do it with and who I get to do it for. I then get to go home to the woman of my dreams. This coming Monday will mark 30 years of being married to my high school sweetheart Kyla. She was a couple grades ahead of me in high school and used to run with my brother and his clan but then she was swayed by my irresistible charm and came to the dark side. I used to go into the Hardee's where she worked just to see that smile. That is the first thing that I fell in love with was that bright, beautiful smile. Then I got to know that the person behind the smile was even more beautiful. Thirty years later, she still makes me flutter.

Today is a special day for my bride as she celebrates her birthday. Please help me wish this wonderful woman a fantastic day today. She spent so many years sacrificing her life so I could follow my dreams. She worked her ass off while I tried to find out how to grow up and be a man. She is a wonderful wife, an incredible mom, a great friend and the best gramma in whole dang world. I am so lucky to get to drive home to this special lady each day.
