I was reading a story today about a guy who had stolen $800 from a convenience store in Michigan in the 80's. He has had it on his mind for 30 years and sent $1200 to the store the other day with a letter apologizing for his criminal past.

I started wondering if there was something I needed to confess. I have never been a thief but I did steal 2 things in my life. When I was in junior high school I stole a pack of Tic Tac's from the local Red Owl Store. They were orange and tasted like guilt. The only other thing I stole was from work. A few years back I was as broke as broke can be. I honestly did not even have enough money to buy toilet paper so took my jacket in the bathroom and filled the sleeves with rolls of toilet paper. I felt guilty but it was a clean, pillow-like softness of 2 ply guilt. Oh, and one time I drank half a bottle of vodka and filled it with water to try to fool my dad. I feel cleansed. What do you need to confess?
