Greeley Woman Behind Bars After False 911 Call

A Greeley woman might think twice about drinking after a bogus report that someone was dead landed her behind bars. The 52-year-old Greeley woman was arrested Sunday night.

As the Greeley Tribune reported, the woman identified as Debbie Diane Rodriguez of Greeley, was arrested after police say she called '911' repeatedly to make a report.

Her report was that her dad had been shot and killed by “unknown assailants.”

When Greeley police arrived at the home of her father Sunday evening, they found him alive and well.

Rodridguez’s dad told police that his daughter had tried to get into the house about an hour earlier, but he was not going to let her in because she was intoxicated.

This event is what apparently led to all of the phone calls. The woman was arrested on complaint of false reporting and taken to Weld County Jail.

At 52-years-old, let's be honest here, you should know better than that. If you don't you need to get your life together. Granted I do not know her situation but I think common sense comes into play here.
