The Greeley Stampede Committee has asked their executive director Bill Ogg to step down after 4 years on the job.  The committee members met Sunday for their annual retreat . Ogg was reportedly asked to resign that afternoon.

According to an article in the Greeley Tribune:

An anonymous source close to the situation confirmed Thursday that Ogg will not be returning to the Stampede.

Ogg had been working at the Stampede without a contract all year, a fact that some have said was a precursor to Sunday’s events.
