Greeley police are investigating a bank robbery at the Compass Bank at 35th Avenue and 12th Street on Thursday. The robbery happened about 4:45 p.m.


A white man, who was wearing blue coveralls, white gloves, white shoes and sunglasses, approached the teller station and handed the teller a note, demanding cash. He then left the bank on foot with an undisclosed amount of money. Witnesses described the man as between 5-feet, 10-inches tall and 6-feet. He had a medium build and appeared to be between 18 to 30 years old.
