The Greeley Ice Haus, which is owned and operated by the City of Greeley’s Culture, Parks and Recreation Department, has purchased a new Zamboni. It is scheduled to arrive at 10 am today.  The city purchased the 546 model out of Paramount, CA.

The old Zamboni will continue to use as a backup machine.  The two machines will allow the Ice Haus to run more efficiently.  The Zamboni is used multiple times daily – before and after all public skate sessions, figure skating sessions, and during all hockey programs – including UNC Hockey games.

Sponsor the Zamboni

The Ice Haus is actively soliciting sponsorships for the new 546 machine Zamboni. If you are interested in having your business featured on the Zamboni, contact Celeste McCorvey at 970-350-9878 or email at celeste.mccorvey@greeleygov.com.

See the New Zamboni

Stop by the Ice Haus this week to check out the new Zamboni! It takes a trip around the ice daily at around 11:45am and 1:45pm. The inaugural trip around the ice rink will be shortly after it arrives on Wednesday!
