Greeley Girl in the Big Apple for National Modeling Photo Shoot [VIDEO]

Whatever happened with that girl from Greeley who won the nationwide model search?  Well, last week Micayla Tetiva went to New York City for her first photo shoot.  We have some behind the scenes pictures and video from that shoot.

Micayla Tetiva was chosen as one of 12 winners in maurices nationwide model search and will be the face of maurices fall 2012 clothing line in over 800 stores nationwide! Micayla will represent maurices for the next year. She also won a $1,500 maurices gift card and $7,500 to donate to the Pregnancy Resource Center of Northern Colorado, which is her favorite Charity.

Tetiva will be attending Colorado State University in the fall, where she has already been selected as a Rams Cheerleader.

I talked with Micayla on Friday and she gave me a couple highlights of her trip to NYC:

It has been absolutely amazing and I am referred to as Selena Gomez! A ton of people think I am her while doing the shots and walking down the streets! It's been fun to be falsely famous for a few days hahaha! It's also been incredible to eat like royalty at no cost and get all dolled up everyday without me doing any of the work!
