Greeley-Evans District 6 has a new Superintendent. Deirdre Pilch was the unanimous pick by the District 6 school board.

According to the Greeley Tribune, Pilch replaces Ranelle Lang who resigned after nine years with the district. She served as a Boulder Valley School District deputy superintendent before getting the job in Greeley.

Pilch beat out two candidates for the job, interim Superintendent Wayne Eads and former Northridge Principal John Borman. She is the 3rd female superintendent in a row for District 6.
