Greeley Emits Noxious Odors! Really?
So I was reading the paper the other day and this comment on the odors coming from the packing plant just made me giggle. Here’s the quote, wait for it:
Engineers at Greeley’s meatpacking plant are investigating possible sources of odor coming from the plant following an increase in calls to the city’s odor hotline.
Really? Investigating? I’m guessing someone in the 6 figure salary department wasn’t smart enough to look out the back door of their facility! Sorry, but I thought the problem was obvious as to what and WHO the “sources” are. {Insert your own pun here} Click here for the beef of the story!

The Greeley Stampede is coming up, and you know what that means. Corndogs, cowboy hats, concerts, and cars. One of the best parts of the 10-day festival is the demolition derby. Hundreds (yes, hundreds) of drivers will partake in the destructive chaos. This year's demolition derby will take place on July 7th at 2:00 PM, and tickets cost $20-25.
