The owner of the now defunct 1st Choice Motors in Greeley, Noman Boroumand, and another deal, Faraes Al Rashed have been arrested on numerous felony counts ranging from sexual assault to human trafficking.

Noman Boroumand has 29 charges according to the Greeley Tribune as follows:

  • Human Trafficking for Sexual Servitude
  • Criminal Attempt to Commit Human Trafficking for Sexual Servitude (2 Counts)
  • Second Degree Kidnapping (2 counts)
  • Sexual Assault (4 counts)
  • Possession of a controlled Substance Schedule III,IV,V
  • Third Degree Assault (3 counts)
  • Stalking (7 counts)
  • Retaliation Against a Witness or Victim (2 counts)
  • Sexual Assault (4 counts)
  • Witness Tampering
  • Child Abuse
  • Domestic Violence Enhancement

Fares Al Rashed has 7 charges as follows:

  • Human Trafficking for Sexual Servitude
  • Criminal Attempt to Commit Human Trafficking for Sexual Servitude (2 Counts)
  • Sexual Assault
  • Sexual Assault (2 counts)
  • Sexual Assault

The Greeley Police began the last December with assistance from the FBI in the investigation. Several incidents of stalking and sexual assault dating back to 2014 as well.

Weld District Court Judge, Shannon Lyons, set bail for Noman at $3 million and Fares at $1.5 million. If bonded out, their court dates is set for July 13th.
