Great Country Songs For Father’s Day [VIDEO]

Country music is filled with songs about mama but there are quite a few about dad too. As we get ready to celebrate dad's on Father's Day this Sunday I have put together a few of my favorite "dad" songs.

I am lucky to have the greatest man I have ever known as my dad. He has been a dad when I need guidance and a friend when I needed a shoulder. I love that man and hope I have been half of the dad he has been. I work with some amazing fathers here at the station. Charley Barnes is an incredible dad. I love the relationship he has with his kids. Danny Joe, who works weekends here, is another fantastic father and Josh Kukus at our front desk is a dad of the year candidate as well. I am proud to work with such great examples of dad's. Here is a country music tribute to all the great dad's out there. Dad's rule!!
