Get Healthy With The Good Morning Guys

You are going to be seeing less of the Good Morning Guys in the future. We are all on a mission to drop some weight. We are not on a diet plan or exercise program. We are just individually making an effort to eat better and move more. It is a simple process but it’s just hard to do. I am just trying to eat like a diabetic should and I know good things will happen healthwise.
One of the keys for me is to just eliminate bad foods from my house. If they aren’t there I can’t eat them. I told Little Debbie that I still love her but I am going to have to quit seeing her for awhile. I bought lots of veggies and fruits and meats. I even made edamame as a snack the other day. Who have I turned into? Me a SOY EATER?!?
