Gene & Julie Haffner Welcomed to Greeley Stampede Family by Former Grand Marshals

Last night a reception was held for 2016 Greeley Stampede Grand Marshals, Gene and Julie Haffner.  My wife and I were there since Brian and I were Grand Marshals in 2004. We taught Gene and Julie the secret handshake, the Stampede Fight Song, and began the week-long hazing process. (wink, wink)

The Haffners will represent the Greeley Stampede during this year's event, June 23 - July 4 and will lead the 4th of July Parade. My lovely wife, Jenny, took pictures of all of the former Grand Marshals that showed up last night to wish Gene and Julie well.
