Free Donuts for Coloradans on Election Day

The stress of election day is almost coming to an end, but before it's all over...you must get a free donut.

According to Denver7, Krispy Kreme is handing out a free donut to any customer who walks in and flashes their "I Voted" sticker - it's as simple as that.

Unfortunately Northern Colorado doesn't have a Krispy Kreme location, but if you find yourself in Thornton, Denver, or Lone Tree on Tuesday, November 8, it's definitely worth stopping for some fried, sugary delight. (See locations and hours of operation here.)

Of course, there are other freebies we can take advantage of up north like a free workout at Gold's Gym (which is MUCH needed after that free donut) or a drink from Firehouse Subs if we show our "I Voted" sticker, as well.

So aside from feeling the satisfaction of knowing you exercised your right to vote, it certainly pays to make it to the polls!
