You never know when the training you learned to save a life will be used. Maybe it would be for family, maybe friends, or even a complete stranger. You can get the training for free in Greeley.

As the Greeley Tribune reported, there is a CPR training course coming to Greeley June 20th.

You can sign up for the free American Heart Association Family and Friends CPR training that will take place at 9 a.m. June 20 in the Nusbaum Training Room at the Greeley Fire Department’s Station No. 1. The station is located at 919 7th Street in Greeley.

The training is free, but donations are also encourages to the city of Greeley’s Heart Safe City Project.

The class is a non-certified course with the intent to show students how to use the Automated External Defibrillator or AED and learn CPR.

To sign up, call the Greeley Fire Department at (970) 350-9508. Please include your name and phone number. The classes are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis, with a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 24 participants per class.
