It was four weeks ago today that I decided to try to kick my wicked diet soda habit. I thought it was time for an update. I am doing fantastic and am feeling better than ever. I was a 12 pack a day guy and have only had a few since October 21st. There has been a day or 2 when I had one but never more than one. It has been much easier than I thought.

I can tell you that internally I feel better than I have in a long time. I am not thirsty like I always used to be. I actually feel hydrated. I do not believe that diet soda actually quenches your thirst. I think it only makes you more thirsty and hungry. Diet soda seems to have the opposite effect of what you would expect. I was drinking it because I thought it was healthier...I was wrong. This stuff is filled with poisons that will eat away at your insides. I used to cramp up and feel like Mike Tyson was trying to punch his way around my innards but I have had calm seas ever since I gave up the Diet Dew. I sleep better and seem to have more zip. This was a great thing to do and it hasn't been that tough at all. If I can do it, so can you.
