Fort Collins police are looking for a driver who was involved in a hit-and-run crash last night. According to the Fort Collins Coloradoan, a pedestrian was struck by a motorist at the intersection of West Elizabeth Street and Constitution Avenue at around 9 p.m. on Thursday.

 32-year-old Stanley Brooks of Fort Collins, was attempting to cross Constitution Avenue from west to east and was entering the crosswalk with another pedestrian when he was struck by the vehicle.

Brooks suffered serious injuries and was transported to Medical Center of the Rockies.

HELP POLICE FIND THE SUSPECT

The vehicle is described as a dark red or maroon colored late-1990s to early 2000s model sedan. Witnesses believed it could have been an import model, such as a Honda or Toyota.
