When you think of Seattle you think of coffee shops on every corner. Soon, when you think of Fort Collins, you may just think about breweries on every corner! And I don't know about you, but I think I will take beer and mountains over coffee and rain any day!

Fort Collins newest brewery, 1933 Brewing Co., is now open at 4025 S. Mason St. Unit C, marking Fort Collins’ 12th brewery. This one also happens to be the furthest south in the city.

The brewery’s name, which comes from the year Prohibition ended, has a hip 1930's style look on the inside with a wood, U-shaped bar.

The brewery has five beers on tap, including amber, pale and brown ales, an oatmeal stout and an IPA. By the weekend, a blonde should be ready to add to the list, as well as a non-alcoholic, house-made ginger ale.

The brewery will be open from noon to 9 p.m. daily.
