Former Denver QB Tim Tebow Wins Trademark “Tebowing” Court Battle

Well, it’s official. ”Tebowing” is now trademarked by the former Denver Bronco QB. Tim Tebow recently won a court battle against two defendants trying to trademark the term as well, for profit I’m sure.
Good for Tim! Keeping the wolves at bay who want to profit from Tebowing.
Tebow says he won’t profit from anything related to “Tebowing” and any money collected would go towards his personal charity, The Tim Tebow Foundation, which brings hope to orphans and kids battling life threatening diseases. The charity raised over $4 Million in it’s first year; last year.
