Foothills Mall in Fort Collins Names 14 Stores That Have Signed Leases

Foothills Mall’s parent company has released the names of 14 stores and restaurants that will be in the refurbished Fort Collins shopping center.

Developer Alberta Development Partners told the Fort Collins Coloradoan that 14 retailers that have signed leases for the $313 million project. They join 12 other stores that are already in the mall.

Here are the new businesses we will see in the refurbished Foothills Mall:

• Cinemark
• Grimaldi's brick oven pizza
• Gymboree 
• H&M
• Longhorn Steakhouse
• Nordstrom Rack
• Ross
• Smashburger
• Sports Authority
• The Melt
• Verizon
• Vans
• White House/Black Market

The made-over mall is expected to be open by the end of the year.
