Food Drive in Loveland to Benefit Weekend ‘KidsPaks’ for Students

This weekend (March 2 through 4, 2018) in Loveland and surrounding communities will be the 2nd annual food drive for KidsPak, a weekend hunger relief program that directly assists hundreds of students each week in the Thompson R2-J School District and Berthoud.

While you're out and about this weekend (3/2-3-4, 2018) be sure to stop by local grocery stores around Loveland and Berthoud to donate to KidsPak food drive!

KidsPak is a program from the Loveland Rotary in conjunction with the Food Bank for Larimer County that supplies weekend packs of food for kids whose families need the assistance.They are currently helping kids in 39 schools in the school district, providing 580 KidsPaks a week. During the 2016/2017 school year, they provided over 118,000 weekend bags.

This weekend will be the second annual food drive to help supply the needed items for the bags!
