For those of you invested in the 2016 Presidential race and who want to meet the candidates, Democratic candidate Bernie Sanders of Vermont will be visiting Colorado this weekend.

Sanders will be in Boulder on Saturday for a rally which will be held at Potts Field, which is on the University of Colorado campus. Many topics will be covered during the campaign stop including campaign finance reform and his college affordability plan.

Want to attend the event? Tickets are required to attend but they are free and available until all tickets are gone. Tickets can be picked up at the following locations on Thursday and Friday between the hours of 9am and 3pm. Please be aware that when tickets run out, they will be gone and no other tickets will be available.

  • End of Engines Alley, near the Museum Collections building and the economics building.
  • Folsom Field corner off Colorado Avenue, which is near the Gold Biosciences Building.
  • Math Courtyard, the are in between the engineering and math buildings.

All of the above locations are located on the CU-Boulder campus.

Doors open at noon on Saturday with the rally beginning at 2pm.
