Feasting Fort Collins Reviews – Funkwerks Brewery
If everyone were exactly the same, the world would be a boring place to live. The same principles apply to the breweries in Fort Collins. We have so many of them, that if they were all the same, Fort Collins wouldn’t be the beer mecca that it is. Each brewery adds a different flavor and zing to our community palette in their very own unique ways. Funkwerks is no different, or rather, the most different – depending on how you look at it.
Funkwerks is one of the newer breweries to join the cluster that we have in the beermuda triangle. Owners Gordon Schuck and Brad Lincoln moved into the old Fort Collins Brewery location on Lincoln Avenue in December of 2010, brewing in a specialized niche of organic Saisons – which are lighter Belgian-style ales…
