When the daughters of a wealthy real estate mogul learned of their inheritance, they were surprised to learn that it came with a list of stipulations. According to the New York Post, Marlena (21) and Victoria (17) Laboz are set to collect $10 million each, on their 35 birthdays, after their father passed away earlier this year. However, accorting to his wishes, Maurice Laboz has left some stipulations that would allow his daughters to collect some of the money before the eventual lump sum payout.

According to the story, the girls can collect "early-bird" bonuses if the girls get an education, get a good job, get married to an honorable man and avoid having children out of wedlock. The mother of the girls, who is fighting the will, due to the fact that she was left nothing, says that this is a way for Maurice to "control the girls from the grave." But why would he leave his wife out of the Will? Well, it turns out that when he died at the age of 77, he was in the process of divorcing his wife Ewa, and had already updated his Will to reflect this.

So, how can the girls collect some of the money early?

- They will get $500,000 if they get married, and the husband promises to keep away from their money.

- When they graduate from an accredited university, they will get $750,000, after they write a 100 word essay describing what they intend to do with the money.

- If they get a job, they will get three times their annual income.

- If they have kids, in wedlock, and become a stay at home mother, they will receive three precent of their inheritance every year.

Their mother, though left out of the Will wasn't totally left in the cold. The girls can receive the same three precent of their money if they end up being the full time caregiver to their mother.
