Ex-NBA Player to Get Bionic Legs [VIDEO]

A little more than a year ago, Mike Williams, who had played in the NBA for Atlanta and Sacramento, was shot eight times while breaking up a fight at an Atlanta night club.
When he awoke from a coma, the 6’8 giant was partially paralyzed from his waist down.

Ivankovich hopes to be able to fit Williams with a pair of computer-controlled robotic legs which could potentially work well enough to have the two old friends playing each other in one-on-one.
The bionic legs have been successful on smaller people, and Ivankovich believes if he can get them to work for a man who’s basketball nickname was “Massive Mike Williams” they could work for anybody. Read on to see their tale.
