Tiny Tot Halloween Downtown presented by COUNTRY Financial.

All the littlest trick-or-treaters will be parading in costume throughout downtown Fort Collins on Wednesday, October 31st starting at 10:00 a.m.! Anyone attending should meet in the Old Town Square area near the fountain/stage. Trick-or-treating begins along the Southeast side College Avenue. After they have ’scared’ all the candy out of the merchants on College Avenue, they will ‘terrorize’ Walnut and Linden Streets before finishing at the Sunset Event Center for refreshments and dancing at the “Monster Mash” party  with hot chocolate, cookies, and music.

The event is designed for preschool age children to be able to trick or treat in a safe environment and to do it during daylight hours. The event is free to the public and provides a great holiday activity for both kids and their families.
