K99, Colorado’s Best and Most Country, is thrilled to have the opportunity to produce the night shows at the Greeley stampede! K99 has been a part of the stampede for decades, and for 2011 we have stepped it up to another level.

Chris Young and Steel Magnolia will be featured on Friday, July 1 presented by Coors and High Country Beverage. These acts are both rising stars on the Country scene and both got their start competing in television talent search programs. Chris Young won Nashville Star in 2006 and Steel Magnolia won season two of Can You Duet in 2009. Young has produced three Top Ten hits: “Gettin’ You Home (The Black Dress Song),” “The Man I Want to Be,” and the current hit, “Voices.” Steel Magnolia consists of boyfriend-girlfriend duo Meghan Linsey and Joshua Scott Jones. Their debut album (just released) debuted at #3 on the Billboard Country Albums chart, and they have already scored a hit song in 2010 with “Keep on Lovin’ You.”
