Come out to the Ranch in Loveland on August 28 from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and get your healthy on! Healthy living is a passion for Junior Girl Scout Troop 1748, so, to earn their Bronze Award, they have organized an event to teach kids ages 6 to 14 the importance of having a healthy body and mind. Topics include physical fitness, nutrition, identifying stressors, how to deal with stress, and how to carry what they learn into their daily routine.
