The 14th Annual FireKracker 5K run will take place July 4th at Fort Collin's City Park.

Beginning at 8 AM the run/walk event features a free Kids Fun Run, a fast flat course, great post-race refreshments, raffle prizes and official race T-shirts.

The Kids Fun Run (approximately 400 meters) is free to all kids 12 and under and begins after the 5k near the swimming pool at 9:00 a.m. No registration necessary.

Proceeds benefit Fort Collins Parks and Recreation Departments CARA youth Track & Field program in purchasing athletic equipment, uniform shirts and coaching.

Adults 18 and over is $25 with varying prices in between going up to family packs for $90.
