If you have had to deal with military suicide, or just want to help end it, make plans for the 3rd annual A Soldiers Silent Cry 5k on Sunday, May 24 in Fort Collins.
The event this year for A Soldiers Silent Cry, will again be held at Spring Canyon Park in Fort Collins with registration starting at 11:00 a.m. The annual fundraiser is to raise money for T.A.P.S. and to raise awareness to the continued epidemic of military suicides and how to help ease or eliminate those numbers all-together.
Let’s get hundreds out to support this local effort and walk to honor, support and raise awareness! The cost is only $25 which includes a T-shirt but there is a limited supply. If you just want do the 5K (with not shirt) the cost is only $15. The walk starts around 11:30 a.m. and there will also be a BBQ after the event.
