Join for the 3rd Annual Walk to Remember happening from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. on September 13, 2015 at City Park in Fort Collins. This walk is completely free to the public. The 3Hopeful Hearts Walk to Remember is intended to unite families who share the bond of losing a baby or child with a powerful, personalized opportunity to memorialize their loss. The walk will take place around City Park lake, a loop .65 miles that can be walked as many times as you would like. It is a flat sidewalk path that can be easily navigated by all.
