The Sexual Assault Victim Advocate (SAVA) Center is celebrating its longstanding service to northern Colorado at the 3rdAnnual SAVA Center Soiree on Friday, September 26, 2014 from 6:00-8:30 p.m. at the Embassy Suites!

The guest speaker is Katie Hnida. Katie graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of New Mexico with a degree in Psychology. She is a pioneer in the world of sports, being the first woman to play, and score, in a NCAA Division One football game. In 2004, Katie spoke publicly about the sexual harassment and rape she endured while on the football team at the University of Colorado. She has become a prominent speaker and advocate on violence against women.
