• 3-5 lbs pork tenderloin
  • 1/2 lg bottle of your favorite Italian dressing
  • a crock pot and 4-8 hours
  • 1 pound fresh green beans
  • 1/2 pound of your favorite bacon
  • 1  small onion chopped and divided in half
  • 6-8 red potatoes
  • olive oil
  • parsley
  • garlic powder
  • sea salt



place the tenderloin in the crock pot and cover with the dressing.

cover and set on low, if you have 8 hours or high if you are short on time.

*Roasted Potatoes

Preheat the oven to 425

clean and quarter the potatoes then place on a cookie sheet or in a 9 x 13 casserole dish that you have coated with cooking spray or oil.

drizzle olive oil over the potatoes and sprinkle with parsley, garlic powder and sea salt

place in oven for about 20 minutes or until fork tender and golden brown

*Pan Seared Green Beans

in a medium skillet cook half a pound of bacon that you have cut into one inch sections.

reduce heat to medium and add the other half of the small chopped onion and let simmer for about 3 minutes, then add the fresh cleaned and trimmed green beans, turn often to avoid burning.

Serve with a white sparkling grape juice and a warm loaf of french bread.
