Boulder officials are warning residents not to feed coyotes in the city.  Aggressive coyotes have been spotted on the Boulder Creek Path recently. A pile of burritos was found Jan. 24th in the immediate area where city and state wildlife officials are trying to solve a pattern of bad coyote behavior.

According to the Denver Post:  That has prompted the city of Boulder to put out five new sandwich-board signs along the bike path between 30th and 55th streets that say, "You are in coyote country. It is illegal to feed wildlife."

When I hear "bad behavior" and burritos are involved, I think coyote farts.  Have you you ever been around after a coyote cuts one?  Not pretty. Now we know why they howl.
