Seriously, what is wrong with people? A dog is brought to a train station in Scotland and tied up to a banister inside and left there with his belongings. Who does that?

As Good Morning America reported, someone left a dog at a Scottish train station with a suitcase with it's belongings.

The dog, a two or three year old male shar-pei named Kai, was found sitting with a leash attached to a banister at the Ayr railway station on January 2nd.

In the suitcase was a dog bowl, food, a pillow and toy -- although that doesn't clear the owner from wrongdoing.

Officials were able to determine the dog's name because the animal had been microchipped by a previous owner. When they contacted that individual, he reported that he had sold the dog in 2013 but did not have any information on the new owner.

Again, what is wrong with people?!
