Do you Put the Sliver of an Old Bar of Soap on Top of the New Bar?[POLL]

My James does this all the time and it drives me nuts. The little sliver of the old bar of soap never really sticks to the new bar so when you try to use it it falls off and just makes shower time feel like work. Do you put the old bar of soap sliver on top of the new bar of soap?
