I've been noticing something frustrating in my neighborhood lately, and I'm glad I'm not the only one...

Fort Collins is a college town, so there's always been a high turnover rate when it comes to housing.  If you're like me, and you live in an apartment complex, you know this all too well.  It seems like someone is moving in or out every day of the year!

One of the unfortunate side effects of this is people constantly getting rid of furniture.  At least once a month, I take the trash out to our dumpster only to be greeted by an entire couch in the garbage (or next to it in the parking lot).  Not the most attractive addition to the neighborhood, I assure you.

I've wondered why I've seen more discarded couches recently than when I first moved to town; and I finally found out!  Check out the video below...
