Dick and Rick Hoyt are like many Father and Sons.  They do a lot together including running in marathons, triathlons and iron man events. But unlike this father and son duo, Rick has cerebral palsy.  What you are about to see is very emotional, you've been warned.

As you can see in the video's, Dick pulls his son Rick in a special boat as they swim, carries him in a special seat in the front of a bicycle, and pushes him in a special wheelchair as they run.

I don't even have words to describe my emotions after watching this.  And if you're at work, don't watch it, otherwise they will wonder why a big old tough redneck broke down in tears. We can all learn a lesson today from the Hoyt's.

It really doesn't matter what place they finish a race because in my book these two are winners every time they leave the house.

Team Hoyt was inducted to the 'Ironman' Hall of Fame in 2008
