It's really cool for me when I am at the Fort Collins Club with my trainer to do things that are crazy good for me, but disguised as just silly fun. Take a look at this video where I pull my trainer across the gym in a bucket.

My trainer, Sara Sheets is a crazy in shape champion mountain biker and makes working out as fun as hauling a human in a bucket can be. Right before this she had me swinging kettleballs. I would honestly pull her around the gym all day if Miss Sara Sheets would allow me.

I asked Sara how much she weighed so that I could see what a beast I really am as before she got into the bucket I was pulling it with 75 pounds in it. She said she didn't know what she weighed, she is obviously a rock. She said she thought maybe 138lbs, I was like huh, no you aren't, I was thinking 117lbs, but then again she is pure muscle so I told her that I was going to tell you that she weighed 125lbs. That way she is perceived at a great muscular weight for a person of her height and I am a beast for pulling that across the gym! LOL Winner, Winner Chicken Dinner!!!!

Because of the holiday and most importantly my nearly two week illness we have decided to do my 12 week evaluation next Wednesday, which will actually be 12 weeks since the very first 'real' workout with Sara at the Fort Collins Club.
