CSU Student Competes in the Dr Pepper $100,000 Tuition Giveaway This Weekend
We have probably all seen the Dr Pepper commercials from months ago about them having a contest to pay out $100K to a college student with a football challenge and Colorado State University student Kirk Bakalis will get his chance to win the big bucks on Saturday.Kirk Bakalis is on his way to Dallas Texas to compete against four other contestants during the Cowboys Stadium Classic at Cowboys stadium.
The contest will be held during halftime of the University of Alabama and the University of Michigan game which starts at 7PM.
Each student has 30 seconds to throw 30 footballs through the mouth of a target set and whoever has the most points wins.
Bakalis has been throwing with friends on the CSU campus, he has had football players help and Coach McElwain has worked with him personally as well. How can you go wrong?
