Cool, Wet Weekend Ahead

It appears that much needed moisture will arrive just in time to scramble any outdoor weekend plans you might have. Rain and snow is forecast across Northern Colorado, with significant snowfall expected in the mountains. Sunday appears to be the soggier and cooler of the two days, with highs struggling to reach the mid 40s.
7 to 14 inches of new snow is possible in the mountains of Northern Colorado, where a Winter Storm Watch is in effect. Drier and warmer conditions are expected to return next week.
