The city of Fort Collins has announced they'll cause a traveling frustrations with a resurfacing project on Taft Hill Road this week. Okay, so maybe those are my words.

The project to resurface parts of Taft Hill Road (Drake Road to Horsetooth Road)  is part of the city of Fort Collins' street maintenance program.

In a statement the city said:

A significant amount of preparatory work is scheduled, including concrete repairs, asphalt milling, patching and paving.

Crews will be removing and replacing damaged curbs, gutters and sidewalks. The work will begin at or around 7 am and wrap up each day at 6 pm. At least one lane of traffic in each direction will be open. Speeds in the construction zone will be reduced, look for sign posting's.

The final overlay will be completed later this year.
