It's easy and comfy, but be careful if you like left overs... there won't be any.

what you'll need:

1lb hamburger, 1 pint heavy cream (milk will work-cream just better), 1 cup of sour cream, two cans of cream of mushroom soup, half a stick of butter (or not, just tastes better) and 1lb of egg noodles (cooked). For seasoning's I like to use season all, pepper and garlic... about a TBS of each depending on your tastes.

Putting it all together:

Pre-heat oven to 350, brown and drain hamburger and set aside. In a microwave safe bowl heat cream, sour cream and soup then stir till well blended. add the butter to the hot cooked noodles (feel free at this point to add a touch of salt if you like-to the noodles) and then mix together the meat, soup mixture and noodles. Pour into a 9 x13 inch casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes. If you want to get crazy after 20 minutes top with fried onions (you know the ones you use for the green bean casserole for Thanksgiving) or a cup of cheese. Let casserole rest for about five minutes and enjoy.
